Whatever your level of physical condition, there is something here at the lake for you! You can tent camp or stay in a luxury resort, or if a secluded cabin with a lake view is more your speed, you can find that, too. If you love water sports, fine dining, a river excursion, hiking, horseback riding, golf.oh my, the list is endless! There are many different access points for fishing, swimming, boating, or picnicking. I hear fishing is wonderful on the lake, whether bass, catfish, crappie, etc.

There are fabulous homes perched above the lake along that area. We most recently spent a night at Candlewyck Cove Resort just a couple of miles out of Grove, OK, near Har-Ber Village, rented a jet ski to explore the Honey Creek and Shangra La area, and dined at Parrot's above the Honey Creek Marina. It houses 400 electronic games, a full-service restaurant, complete with a bar, as well as live music and a dance floor. Grand Lake in Eastern Oklahoma (officially 'Grand Lake O' the Cherokees) is 67 miles long and has 1,300 miles of shoreline! You could take the whole summer just to explore it, and a lifetime to enjoy it all! I have visited the lake many times in my life, and each experience is unique. Located North of Grove on Highway 59 and East 250 Road, this beautiful, 39,000 square-foot lakeside casino sits on top of a 24-acre site.
